How can I get rid of my acne?

How can I get rid of acne within a month or less?

• I've already asked this same question before but I wanted to be more specific this time. I've looked into this quite a bit but I have a hard time finding something that works. I drink only water and snack very rarely and I also have good personal hygiene which includes washing my face 2-3 times a day with a face wash intended for acne. I clean my pillow cases often because I know how bacteria can accumulate there and come into contanct with my face. Despite all this I still have a decent amount of acne. Currently I treat my face with the face wash I mentioned earlier that has salicylic acid, then use doctor prescribed clindymcin phosphate and follow up with benzoyl peroxide in areas that seem to have it the worst. This has started to make my face very dry and created dead skin cells which I know can cause even more acne so I bought a non comedegenic lotion ( the bottle said it wouldn't clog my pores and I read some where that that means non comedegenic ) to use on my face but my acne seems to have gotten worse if anything. I'm going on vacation for spring break and I really want clear skin. Can anyone tell me what I can do to get rid of my acne and where to acquire any products that you suggest. I'd prefer over the counter products that don't present a potential health hazard but please suggest anything that you know works. Please help :(

  I've used benzoyl perioxide for 4 years. That just proves how it doesn't permanently get rid of acne. BP just dries out your pimples, it doesn't prevent them from popping up on other parts of your face. Also, the acne face washes you are using are useless, they can only penetrate surface areas of your skin. You need to be using BHA products (salicylic acid). From 0.5% - 2%. I use oxy pads.
