What could be causing all these problems?!?

Here are my symptoms: 1)Resting heartrate=107. 2)Extreme difficulty getting a deep breath (it feels like someone is sitting on my chest and pushing down when I'm inhaling...then the breath seems to stop at my upper chest and go no further!! It's so uncomfortable. I feel like I'm not getting enough oxygen...then I panic a little and start gasping for air!! ugh!). 3) Not able to sleep more than about 4 broken hours per night despite the fact that I'm dog-tired. 4) Muscle spasms/twitches that I have no control over. 5) Extreme fatigue/weakness. There are more symptoms but these are the most bothersome. What is going on with me?? I just found out I'm four weeks pregnant. 1) Could the pregnancy already be affecting me so extremely. 2) Bc I'm pregnant, my psychiatrist told me to stop taking all my meds COLD TURKEY!! So I did so a week ago. I was on zoloft, klonipin (.5mg 3x/day), adderall, toprol. Could these problems be related to medication withdrawals, though I'd venture to say not, bc these symptoms seemed to start before getting off the meds (if I remember correctly). 3) I'm worried that these are signs I have something pretty serious happening, and I don't know how I'll be treated for it since there are so many meds that can't be taken during pregnancy. Ugh. I'm so frustrated!! I have a few dr's appts but I can't be seen til next week so I'm trying to find some answers in the meantime in an attempt to calm my mind. Thanks ahead for any guidance/input as to what could be causing these problems and/or what can be done to squash these bothersome symptoms. p.s. I have pretty severe anxiety/panic attacks so could that possibly be causing ALL these problems? Thx!

You have been told that you are pregnant. The first trimester of the pregnancy is extremely important in the child's development. You had to stop "cold turkey" because at this point the danger to your child was more serious than the temporary distress you are experiencing. You need to stop obsessing over your own distress and do what ever is necessary, other than medicating your system, to try to relax and work at not distressing yourself. Yoga, mental heath, group therapy, Ti chi, music or fragrance relaxation therapy, what ever works. Qn your own, put on your big girl panties and smile and take good care of yourself and your unborn child.
