Do i have a deviated septum?

• since i was little ive never been able to breathe perfectly through both of my nostrils. It was eaither one or the other that could push air much better then the other. if i close my nostril that could breathe i could breathe out the other but it wasnt as easy i was pushing the air through. Also its not just one that can breathe and one that can not. It switches between the two. One sec im breathinig out my right nostril a hour or so later the other is breathing perfectly but never the two at a time. Also most of the time when i wake in the morning the one that i cannnot breath out of is so runny and congested its unbearable i find my self shoving toilet paper up that nostril to keep my nose from leaking mucus. i am only 15 and i read that the surgery to correct this is covered by most health insurance. I know i have health insurance but i dont want to waste time if i dont have a deviated septum any help would be appreciated thanks
