How can i fake a sinus infection?

I have a sinus infection, how can I prevent this from recurring?

  • At least twice a year, perhaps more, I get a sinus infection. Usually I can clear it up with over the counter decongestants, but this time it got bad, fast. Now I have to take 1000 mg's of amoxacillin three times daily. How can I "take care of myself" so I never get another one of these again?

if you smoke stop, or if you are around it, get away from it! ask your doctor for singular, it is a medication for sinus allergies and asthma, i have had 3 surgeries for chronic sinus infections and a deviated septum. try a cool mist vaporizer at night, and use saline solution daily...sinus sprays can be addicting it creates a rebound effect. let me know if this helps or you need more info!
