What can cause frequent nose bleeds?

• I've lately over the past year have had frequent nose bleeds can be 3 times a day for several days then none for a few weeks. Most commonly when I sleep or if I blow my nose. Tho on occasion I can have them when I just move this happens rarely tho it does happen. when it happens usually it's a good amount of blood I have to hold my nose over the sink for about a min or 2 till it stops. It's always in right nostril never the left. I'm not really that worried about it. I would just like to hear opinions on what could be the cause anyway thanks for your time! ^-^

  Nose bleeds are caused by many different things. Blowing nose to hard, having polyps in nose could cause bleeding, picking nose, sneezing, Blood pressure, just to name a few. You are better going to Doctor and telling him/her about them and have a full work up.
