Asthma is kinda bad but my peak flow reading is good?

I am worried about my peak flow should i ask my reg doctor next week if he can do a peak flow on me?

  • i saw my lung doctor in march and my peak flow then was in the 300's then. then when i saw the lung doctor in june my peak flow dropped down to 270 and the lung doctor didn't seem to care that my score was so low. and i am also not on anu asthma meds at this time. all i have is my ventolin rescue inhaler. and i have only had 2 peak flow reading ine in march and one in june. so my question is should i ask my regular doctor next week if he can do a peak flow reading on me?

you have nothing to lose by asking also you know how your breathing is so it could help with any stress you are feeling knowing it but remember your reading changes all the time so remember to exercises your lungs what i do also is buy balloons take all the elasticity out of them and 3 times a day gently blow them up (same as blowing into the peak flow I have noticed a difference)
