Opening the throat when singing?

Heartbeat in throat from singing?! what?

• O.K im 15 female. I havnt sang in like a year and for the past week iv been singing every minute like non stop to practice and get better but I been singing from my throat because I JUST CANT UNDERSTAND hwo to sing from your diaphram but my point is- Well I have to explain somthing first, if you know what im talkign about.. when you smile to much your Jaw starts to hurt or feel all idk gluppy and it hurts to smile/ you must know what I mean So now my throat feels like that! Its got the same feeling as my jaw feels when I smile to much and also my throat has its own heartbeat I dont understand it?? I can feel something right in the hole above my tonsils and it KILLS in that spot its very painful so I stuck my thumb up behind my tonsil and put it in that hole part and its like a big glob ball( I thinks everyone has that) but my point is right when I touched it. It stoped hurting for 3 minutes then started up again and its beating like a heartbeat. PLUS my throat feels like its shuting or closing up or like shirnking. PLEASE tell me anything you have to say aboutt his.

  Uh oh... D: Your vocal chords might start forming calluses like on fingers when you play the guitar. You should go to a doctor and they'll remove it. NEVER SING FROM THE THROAT! I'm in choir and I've been taught to sing from the diaphragm. When you sing, your mouth should be wide open and you should always feel like your throat is open wide and almost like you are yawning. When you yawn, notice how your throat opens up, that's how it should always be when you sing. So yes, your vocal chords formed calluses from them rubbing against each other too roughly. I highly suggest you see the doctors. Try not to drink milk or dairy because it will cause mucus to form and don't sing until you see the doctor and listen to the instructions.
