What to do about H1N1?

  • I have a few questions...Rumor is that a few people in our town (like in washington) came down with swine flu, and my sister is thinking she might have caught it the other day. She felt like she was going to throw up, got a sore throat, body aches, and fever. It's getting a little worse over time, but it's not terrible. Is this from h1n1? also i have sort of bad asthma that started up last year (am an 18 year old boy), so i've been trying to avoid her. today i woke up with a bit of a scratchy throat (is alredy gone thogh), mild stomach pains ones in a while, and a slight cough. do you think i'm coming down with it? also what should one do if the warning signs are happening? right now i've been taking muscle strengthening pills for my lungs, using my inhaler and drinking lots of water. is there much more i should do? also last question what is the chance if i came down with it, that it'd become a serious issue (life threatening)? Thanks...
