Is it possible to have grown a deviated septum over the years?

Teen with deviated septum. Cant breath through one side of nose, HELP!?

• I've had a deviated septum for a year now and I've went to 2 ENTs. They both told me that I have a deviated septum but a VERY small one and it will get better with time so I might now even have to have a surgery. To me that is bullshit. Not only has it been getting a million times worse since last year, but now I can't breath at all through one nostril 24/7 (it keeps changing from nostril to nostril). It's annoying and I can't fall asleep because of this (it's 2 A.M. right now, exactly my point). When I lay down to sleep it gets even worse. I've tried everything, sprays, meds, and that thing where the fluid goes from one nostril and out of the other. IT DOESN'T HELP! I also make many noises with my noise when I breath (because i cant get enough air...) and it annoys everyone (once my teacher actually yelled at me to stop when I was doing it). I'm 13 and the doctors told me I'm not allowed to have surgery until I'm like 17. I don't thing I'll be able to live like this for that long. Is there any way to get some kind of relief or some kind of temporary small surgery for my nose. Because I don't know what to do anymore! PLEAZE HELP, INSANELY APPRECIATED! If this helps, I have allergies to dust (but I've been having allergy shots for about 4 years).
