How Can I Breathe deeper aNd Better .. I'm Breathing Uncomfortably... PLEASE HELP ?!?!?!?!?

hi everyone , im a girl 16 years Old. so today i've been feeling that i can't really breathe well , it's uncomfortable .... when i try to breathe it just feels that its not going deep and its uncomfortable u know what i mean ? sometimes when i breathe it hurts a bit but not much at my left chest ...it feels just sometimes Good only when i Yawn then i breathe good .. PLEASE help me tel me what to do ..thanks :S

I once had a very similar problem and it turned out to be pnemonia,if it doesn't improve you must see a doctor-good luck !

Antime you"re having difficulty with some tenderness or pain there's a suspicion of pneumonia. Definitely get checked out as there are more serious conditions which can cause the same symptoms. A chest xray would find out for sure.
