Can't stop shaking help!?

I can't stop shaking! It's 6:56 am haven't been to sleep yet (not due to the shaking) and wondering whats going on! No fever don't feel sick at all actually it is really cold in my house and extremely cold outside but i'm under a cover sheets two shirts and a tank top and i'm still not warming up! I do have a huge history of anxiety and a lot has been on my head but it doesn't quite feel like the anxiety shaking. Again i feel fine! i've had the flu cold ect ect it doesn't feel like any of this just can't stop shaking. Uhh faster heart beat than usual and SLIGHT (VERY VERY slight) difficult in breathing. 14 male asthma anxiety OH and the shaking is in my chest but it's really in my legs and knees!
