What should remedies be taken for cough and fever?

Plz help bad cough plz help!!!!!!?

• Ok let's me start this from the start Week 1 day 1-3 : irritation in throat 4-7 : cough and fever So I go to the doc . He gives clarten antibiotic, and say throat is fine. Week 2: I take the 500mb twice a day for 7 days. Fever goes down but cough persists for 3 days more then gone Week: 3 : flu comes along mild though. But severe ear pain. Week4 : I go to the doc , Monday. He says mono and no ear infec and takes blood test for mono and says in total b count alittle less white cells cause of fever. Wednesday: negative for mono and swap test is taken. Doctor say ear infec Ammoxxill is taken 500mg 3x a day. Friday: I go to clinic doctor . She says needs urine test and x ray . And prescribes even stronger which I haven't taken yet. After third week cough restarted and worse than ever. Yet doctors didn't find anything wrong with throat . I have really bad cough and I cough for for like 29 secs . My throat feels so rashed. What do you think it is . Stupid doc no know any thing . What should I watch for ? What do I do to stop barking Also week 4 I had terrible 104.2F fever so that's I went to doc What do u think it is?

  remain wrapped up in ur quilt... Make sure the windows r closed... Take some luke warm water and put some salt and turmeric powder in it and then do gargalling... If you dont know what gargalling then take that salt water in mouth look up and start exhaling with your mouth without letting it in... Then take a bowl(big enough) of HOT water and take your face near it... Cover up the whole system with a towel and start inhaling the vapours. Do these two things twice or thrice a day. Be careful. Don't expose any sensitive organ in d cold... Follow up things. U will feel better these things helped me a lot ! You too try
