How would one go about ridding him/herself of sinus pressure?

• : Hello, I have been sick for over 13 days. It all started 2saturdays ago. I got a headache last Saturday night, so I went to bed early. Sunday morning I woke up with the same headache and my lower back hurt a little, and my stomachs was upset and I hae naseaua. Monday I went to the doctor and they told me I might have another sinus infection and gave me a 5 day z-pack and some pattaday. I took all the antibiotics and felt no better. I still have the headache, and kinda feel light headed and a little dizzy and I had diahrea for one day, I have an upset stomachs that comes and goes. My neck also hurt on and off too. Today I went back to the doctors and they put me on a stronger antibiotic amox/k clav 825mg 2x a day and some pills for migraine. I took one pill for migraines and it made me feel worse. I've been taking the antibiotics for 4 days and last night I started to st real naseaus, so I went to bed and woke up feeling the same. I skipped the next antibiotic and it stared to go away. After all these antibiotics I still feel the same, I get a headache on and off, but my head still feels the same, kinda loopy. And it gets worse when doing to much activity. I have had many sinus infections and this does not feel like one, my snot and mucus have been clear the whole time and it doesn't get pressure when bending over. Also after taking the z pack and 4 days of the amox I feel no better. Maybe I have the flu or somethig else? I'm worried and just don't k.ow what I have, or why its not getting any better. Please help.

  What kind of pills are you taking for migraines? Some pain pills can make your head feel "loopy/dizzy" and nauseated. Are you have sensitivity to light - and, do you have a fever? If you answered yes to either question, you should call your doctor and tell him your symptoms continue. P.S. Add fever to your symptoms if you have one and light sensitivity if you have light sensitivity.
