Do I need an inhaler?

I have asthma, it bugs me every night arounf 5, or 5:30, i wake up and need my inhaler, what can i do?

  • I feel its affecting my sleep. Literally every night i wake up, intensely wheezing and need my inhaler i rarely need it otherwise (usually only in long intense exercise) so what can i do to stop this?

  • Answer:

First off: what kind of a pillow or bedding are you using? Many people are allergic to goose down. Other factors could be an allergy to your laundry detergent, or something in your room, like dust accumulation. Second: If you are experiencing wheezing every day, you need to see your doctor. There are medications given to prevent asthma attacks. (oral and inhalers) Persistent asthma attacks can worsen and can cause lung damage.
