For future reference, I would to know how to perform those, and any others that you know that could save a life. If you can't express it in words, can you give me a link to youtube on how to perform them and others because I think I spelled "Hymolik" wrong. lol. Thank you!

We cant really accurately give u step by step instructions... u need to learn properly so u no exactly how u and the person have to be positioned and stuff. id suggest you do a course on it.
Go and take an online course. there are several online. I used www.NationalCPRCertification.com I'm sure there are allot more this is just the one I used. It was quick and easy plus you are certified
