How can I get rid of fluid in the ears?

How to get fluid out of my ears so i can hear again!?

  • hi, following a cold, i had an ear infection in both ears last week. saw a doctor and got a prescription and although it did take away the cold and the pain in my ears, i still cant hear a damn thing. it doesnt seem to be getting better at all as the days go by either. i would like to know if there is any way to drain the fluid from my ears.

    I lost my hearing due to ear infections and l was told Never to put cotton wool or anything else in my ears as it can push debris further down the ear. Your ear should clear on it's own give it time.

put olive oil on a q-tip, rub it in your ears, & take a piece of cotton ball & place it in the passage of your ear. just big enough to fit in your ear! not too small, though!
