What's the best OTC nasal decongestant?

• I'm very congested, but I don't have any other symptoms that usually come with a typical cold. It isn't an allergy-based thing, I'm stuffed up and congested and thats it. I've taken DayQuil and it's done absolutely nothing. What product or combination of products work the best and the quickest? Thanks!

  warm nasal saline irrigations, if you use table salt, add bit of baking soda, 2-4x daily shrinks the soft tissue and thins mucus/moistens membranes Afrin nasal spray, generic works fine, too shrinks the soft tissue in the nose Sudafed 240mg in divided 120mg doses, real kind , not the PE, phenyl ephrine, useless as an otc meds, used in therapeutic doses in the OR/ED's and also used to shrink hemorrhoids in gel/cream/suppositories. Atomic horseradish, if that doesn't work, you're really congested. It didn't work for me one time, then when I was well, I tasted it, it was very hot and I had a runny nose, too.
