Is using an expired inhaler bad for you?

Am I using my inhaler too much?

  • I have been wheezing for over 24 hours and my inhaler isnt helping to well. I went to my doctor today and she said to try not to take my inhaler over 8 times in one day. She also said if im still wheezing to come see her ASPA the next day. Ive taken it more than 8 times and im still wheezing. My parents wot take me to the ER because they dont think its that severe. Should i just go to sleep and see how i am in the morning? Or is that too risky? And am i taking my inhaler too much? Its ventolin by the way.

Check the humidity level in your room and the rest of the house, a humidifier helps some if the air is to dry. do you have pets? do you smoke? 8 times seems excessive Good luck!

I've had asthma all my life (59 years) . What is wrong with your parents ? They should take you to the emergency room ,NOW..........I'll bet they don't suffer with asthma. Yes you are using too much ventolin but you need to breathe . They can fix you up at the hospital .
