  • I am a 13 year old female with shortness of breath and exhaustion. Right now, I'm kinda dizzy, the shortness of breath and am exhausted. If I walk for a minute right now, I would get exhausted as if I just ran a bit. It happens at different times, but not every day. I had it this morning and right now. Please help. and put details on what you think it is. I do get anxiety and am the type to get claustrophobic, but it doesn't fell like that. I'm just so frustrated, please help.
