My nose is always stuffed up?

Why is one side of my nose always stuffed up?

• Okay, now I know that this question has been asked a multitude of times. So I will go into a little further detail in the hopes that I can get a more accurate response. #1) No matter WHAT side I sleep on (I toss around...ALOT ), there is always one side of my nose this is stuffed upon waking. #2) My nose will get the same "stopped" up feeling during the day while I am going about my usual activities. #3) Whenever I go see my masseuse (chronic sciatica...oh the joys), my nose will get entirely stuffed up and at times runny during the 1 hour sessions. I have tried breathe right strips, but they don't always work...and yes...I do snore occasionally. Any ideas...or should I just buck up and see an E.N.T. specialist??

  I've had a similar situation to you. It might be allergies or a common cold. Either way, they can last for a day, or even a few months, but they'll eventually go away. If this has been going on for years, however, I'd recommend a doctor.
