Fever and body aches but no cold symptoms?

I am feeling hot from 10 days. i feel like hot flashes and i feel like i have fever but when i take temperatur?

• frm last 10 days i feel like hot flashes. i feel like i have fever but when i mark my temperature with the thermometer it shows less than normal. i donot feel fatigue,tired or aches but only a hot feeling. it is more in head, neck and upper part of the body. if any cold thing or object touches my body during this i feel very cold and a shock like feeling like a chill. also my palms remain very cold the whole day. it appears 10 to 12 times a day. this all are my symptoms what could it be? i want to ask the following questions? 1) can it be malaise or fatigue due to any hiv infection? 2)can it be hot flashes due to low testosterone hormone? 3)or what could it be? 4)can it be due to anxiety? please help me. please. thanks
