Help I feel like I can't breath help?

  • I'm a 29 year old female and according to 4 doctors I'm healthy the problem is that I feelike I can't breath properly. When I was 19 or 20 I had some breathing problems but I think that it was from smoking and partying I even had pnamonia when I was 20 since then I had no problems with my breathing. I had a sore throat for 5 weeks and the middle of my chest hurt doctor after doctor told me that nothing was wrong with me then I had a cold or flu cough, runny, stuffy nose and realy bad headach and sore throat my doctor gave me antibiotics I took them my symptums were gone in 3 or 4 days then I was gone for 2 or 3 days then I started feeling like my chest was vibrating or rattaling went to the doctor she suspected pnamonia Gave me more antibiotics and sent me for a chest x Ray it came back clear the next day the doctor told me that I did not have pnamonia on my x Ray but to keep taking the antibiotics that day I started feeling like I couldent breath 2 days later i was in bed and I started feeling like I couldent breath properly I started breathing very fast and the room started spinning I was freezing cold I was wearing my winter jacket in the house and still freezing my heart felt like it was going to explode it was beating so fast I was uncontrolably shaking I got so scared that I callled an ambulance.I thought I was going to pass ou at home with my kids. When the ambulance came he asked me if I had any stress in my life I don't and he said that my vitals were fine he took me to the hospital anyways and when they asked him my symptoms he said " I don't want to say shortness of breath let's say hyperventalating, and a slight cough" by the time I saw a doctor I was calmed down but I still felt like I couldent breath properly the doctor mad me use a Peek flow meter and I blew 400 it's a truezone meter he said that for my height 5'8 and my weight 135 and age 29 that that was really low that I should of blown at least 800 or 900 the meter only goes to 750 and it says for me around 479 is normal but the doctor gave me prednasone I only took the one he gave me because I heard that it's a bad drug. Now 9 days later I still have episodes of feeling like I can't breath but I can still breath does that make any sense? It's worse if I sit down like driving or sometimes if I lay down sometimes I wake up and feel like I can't breath and that if I go back to sleep I'll die. I take flovent morning and night 1 puff of 125 each time that's it. I have an appointmen with a resperolgist in a month and a half to see if I have asthma but they said that I don't have any of the characteristics for it. It feels like my throat isent letting air get in or out but they just keep telling ne that I'm fine help what's wrong with me?
