I've been breaking out really bad - what's causing it?

Whats causing my coughing?

• Ive been having dry cough for like a week now. its the kind of cough that sounds like a barking dog or something like that. Ive been taking Delsym for two days and its gone down a little bit. My school has been doing construction work in the parking lot and after 7th period, the air is filled with dust and smoke. Can this be the cause of my coughing since it started whenever they started doing the construction work or is it just seasonal because ive also heard many people get these kinds of cough towards the end of winter.

  well try not breath in the stuff in school and then maybe cough will go away? try some steam in bathroom door closed and breath steam in, and try cough drops strawberry halls.. pink bag, and well extra stregth.... well walk outdoors alot when home from school, it clears your head and mind walk for one hour helps you out... walk and breath in fresh air,
