• i finished 3 day course of Zithromax(azythromicin) but my tongue still looks like strawberry, i mean small red dots. and i have light red patches on throat. also i had dry cough but today it looks better coughing is reduced. I dont have rash or fever. i have appointment with doctor at monday but im worried.
