Why is my eye red all the time?

Why do i get a cyst every time i get pink eye?

• For some odd reason, i've had pink eye 3 times this summer. Each time i've done eye drops, and amoxicillin the first two times. Currently i have it, and this is the 3rd time. I was wondering if there were any experts out there that can give me a likely reason as to why I've had it so much. Additionally, 2 out of the 3 times i've had it, i've also had a cyst. Is there any reason for that? Any help would be great. P.S. -for those of you who think i'm just an idiot, I have gone to the doctor every time and they don't know why i've gotten it 3 times.

  Have you finished all of your antibiotic prescriptions? If you didn't finish it the first time, it could have made the pink eye antibiotic resistant so that the same infection comes back with a vengeance. Not sure about the cyst though...
