Red bumps on my tonsils?

My tonsils are enlarged, red and raw looking, and are covered in bumps.?

  • I was very sick a week back but have made a full recovery. I nearly died of fever and dehydration. (I passed out when my fever spiked to 115 and had to be thrown in a cold bath) but since then my tonsils have been like this. They don't hurt at all. On the contrary they're a bit numb. Its a bit difficult to swallow and they're making me talk a bit funny. Any ideas on what it might be?

    i would consider having your tonsils removed, because this happened to my sister, and she had her tonsils removed!

Go to a doctor! my friend had that! It was tonsillitis or something! She had the exact same thing and had to get her tonsils removed
