When having a fever and flu do you keep cold or warm?
-
I have a fever of 100.1 to 103.4 Should I keep warm or keep cold? My parents put cold towels all over my body and It just makes me feel worse, but it only temporarily lower the fever. Is it true that if you have a very high fever you'll be into a shock? or when you are just very cold? Should I just cover myself with a thick blanket and just sweat out the fever?

Answer:
It is good to be warm and stay warm. Also it is good to sweat. Cleans the body. But your parents are right too if you have a high fever. Drink a lot of fluids like chamomile tea and eat chicken soup.
