Can you tell if this scab is older than 4 days old?

What should I do for my UNUSUAL scab?

• So, its not really a scab. Its more of like a red thing just above my elbow, it doesn't hurt. So on the playground ( I was playing statue with my little cousin) I was laying down on the ground right above the elbow like I just said. The ground was really rough. 2 days later right above my elbow, it looks like a whole bunch of red dots crammed to each other. But the weird thing is that it doesn't hurt. Before you tell me to go to the doctor could you tell me what it is? If you have any questions PLEASE ask and I will edit ASAP, just check back in like a day or so. Thank you guys so much!   It sounds like what we used to call a "strawberry", which is like a raised abrasion of the skin. Don't pick at it or play with it, it's just the skin healing like any scab would. Keep it moisturized or put some Neosporin on it. It will be fine. You shouldn't need to see a doctor.
