How to fix Gynecomastia naturally?

I have gynecomastia help!!?

  • Ok so I went to the doctor specified for things like gynecomastia and all he told me was that I had prob started puberty a lip late and that sometimes it happens to men but it fixes itself after puberty, but I cannot stand it anymore I go to highschool and NO ONE TYERE HAS IT... I'm the only guy who has It and of course I try to hide it but it's extremely hard..I get so depressed seein all these kids with perfe t chests and body when I'm all fat and ugly..anyway another thing the doctor told me was that I was a little over weight so I started drinking ALL water no juice or sodas I started goin down and since I've visited him I've gone down 10 pounds but nothing changes in my chest.. I really. We'd something to help me. I can prob tell my dad I want surgery but he prob won't let me .. Anyway to fix this? THX :)

    Keep near your ideal BMI. It should go away eventually.

gynecomastia doesn't always happen to anyone, unfortunately you were predisposed to it. First your diet may contribute to it. if you don't control what you eat and the amounts that you consume, then you could end up with man boobs. another thing that could cause it is the fact that you are experiencing puberty. your hormones are acting up at this stage which could result to gynecomastia, although this does not always happen for everyone.surgery is a last option that should be considered only after puberty, which is later on in your twenties. for now you can hide that bulge by wearing a compression garment.
