Constant nausea and loss of appetite. Help?

Loss of Appetite, Nausea and Vomiting?

• I can't get my Fiance to see a doctor. He doesn't have all the symptoms of the stomach flu, and I haven't gotten sick from him. It's not food poison either. He's been sick for a week now, and it's not something contagious or I would of definitely had it by now. He throws up every day regardless if he's eaten or not (dry heaving). He has constant nausea. He never feels hungry, he has a complete loss of appetite. Whenever he tries to eat something small, he throws it back up. He's drinking a little water, but nothing else will stay down. Tea is even hard for him to keep down. He doesn't have stomach pain, doesn't have a fever, he isn't clammy, and his bowl movements are fine... nothing except nausea and vomiting. He's miserable. What can this be? He hasn't really been eating anything, and I don't think he's getting much fluid either. Whenever I try to step in and force him to go to the doctor or something, it only irritates him and drives him away. Does anyone know what this is? I've looked at about 7 different illnesses online but none of them seem to be what he has.

  yes he should see a doctor this is something to not ignore. He may have a bowel obstruction this happend to my mom who had the same symtoms but she is fine she went to the DR don't ignore this it can be fatal
