Has anyone got food poisoning in food courts in Singapore?

I recently got what I believe to be food poisoning from eating canned collards. I thought it was just a virus?

  • until I remembered that I had gotten sick a week or so earlier after eating the same product. The first time I got a severe headache, dizziness and confusion, and then I vomited at work and had to go home. I thought it was just a virus then too. This time it was much worse I woke up at 2:30 a.m. and my stomach felt bloated and I was extremely anxious. I vomited at least 6 times in two hours and also had severe diarrhea. I could not stand without getting sick. I was still sick the next day and had to stay home from work. I am pretty sure it was food poisoning and my real question is I still have the can from the last collards that I am pretty sure made me sick, should I try to contact the grocery store I purchased it from and what if I cant figure out which store I got them from. I feel like I should try because I hate to think of anyone going through what I just did, and if they weren't healthy to begin with the consequences could be much more severe. On the bright side I lost 4 pounds in 2 days?
