What are some symptoms of strep throat?

I have strep throat, what are symptoms?

• I had strep throat from friday through today. I was running a fever of 102.3 last night, and 101.1 last morning. Today im running 98.23, but my throat still feels itchy and sore, and im coughing really bad. I was wondering if i go to my clinic, if the doctor will clear me as sick, or just say it ran its course. Now im not to sure, but since im running no fever, will the doctor make me go back to school? or tell me to stay home?
