What Does This Really Mean "declaring H1N1 flu pandemic"? Should We Be Really Scared? I am a Little Scared!!?

It means the swine flu is tranferring person to person in more than 3 countries. Being scared is a waste of energy - it will accomplish nothing.

you shouldnt be scared, just be cautious and aware of the situation. No need to get into panic mode because theres always harmful diseases being spread around the place

If your immune system is low you may pick it up when in contact with someone who is carrying it keep yourself healthy and if you do contract it the flu should be very mild as is in most people who are healthy

Should we be really scared? No A little scared is good for all humans,keeps us on our toes. plan, prepare, avoid, investigate are all part of human nature. This is the first wave of the virus lets hope it dies down rather than head in a more mischievous deadly virus. Got to admire a living entity that survives by the dependence of coughing and sneezing by US to spreads its nasty self. Oh and touching our faces and transferring to objects. Truth is no one knows how this will turn out including the CDC and WHO etc...
