Why do my ears hurt if I exercise when it's cold?

Lightheaded/dizzy and eyes hurt?

• Last weekend I woke up dizzy and lightheaded. kind of like when you stand up to fast you know? But, it's not just trying to stand up, its walking, turning my head, glancing at something else and sometimes just sitting there! I got it on Saturday morning but by Monday it was gone. And now it's back and I've had it for a few days now.. My eyes hurt along with it and it's kind of hard to run or exercise without feeling weird. I was thinking it was going to go away like before, but its still here and i asked my mom if i can see a doctor. She said I'm just probably sick, or theres something wrong with my ears. But my nose is fine, so is my throat and I don't feel sick. My ears seem fine too, I just feel as if I'm going to faint at sometimes. my eyes hurt and i get cold and hot chills, i guess as you can say?? My health teacher said i should try checking my blood pressure, and my mom suggested getting more potassium. Have any suggestions on how to feel better? :) thank you.!
