ok, so i was born with a hole in my heart. 3 years ago a doctor listened to my heart and said it is still there. Apart from he didn't tell me any precautions, my next door neighbor has a hole in her heart too and is of a similar age (14)- she actually remembered to ask for a list of precautions. could someone who knows about this give me a list Of precautions to Take please, e.g. no weight lifting...
