Why do i keep getting sharp heart pains?

okay so i keep getting these sharp heart pains they dont hurt that bad though i been getting these pains for a week now the pains comes and goes i also have the pains in my left arm & shoulder sometimes im a 18 year old male i smoke but ive been cutting back anybody know what it could be im going to doctors tomarrow.

Almost all chest pain in teens is muscular in origin and taking some motrin regularly for several days usually will make this go away. It is not "heart" pain but coming from your chest wall. You may have been doing some sort of physical activity with your arms such as lifting, exercise, etc that has inflamed these muscles, causing this pain. You can always see your doctor but some motrin may help.
