Is it really unhealthy if my heart rate is 120 when resting? Exercise tips?
-
My heart rate is 110-120 when I'm resting, and I measured it a couple of times and it's always in that range. Once even before going to sleep, and when I measured it I wasn't excited and I didn't do any physical labour. I'm very young, I weigh about 130 lbs and I'm 5.7 feet tall, I don't have heart problems for now, but I guess I don't exercise often, 2 times a week for an hour. Could non-exercising be the only cause of this? And please could you show me some links with exercises for making your heart rate lower. Exercises with weights are good? Thank you
