What will happen to the hiv in blood if the blood that harbours it has already clotted?

  • if a drop of an hiv contaminated blood will be droped to a piece of dry bread and be allowed to clot on or in there, will the hiv still be viable? what if a human being eats that bread with a drop of clotted hiv contaminated blood, will that human be infected with hiv? if people say that the blood clotting is preventing any hiv transmission, how does blood clotting prevent the hiv from infecting? will the hiv in a drop of blood get crystalized if the blood that harbours has already clotted? wont the hiv be preserved in some sort of way while it is kept inside the blood clot? ive heard or read that hiv can be preserved for long periods of time when it is freezed. can blood clotting really prevent the spread of hiv?
