Infrequent Minor Chest Discomfort?

Chest discomfort please help?

  • Ok this discomfort is hard to explain, it tingles and it kinda feels like i have air bubble in my muscle. At first i tough it was related to my heart because it was on the left side of my chest, but like i push down on my chest with my finger close to my nipple and it makes the discomfort a little worse, so it has to be related to my muscle right? I think i have chronic anxiety disorder because i do worry alot, i dont have panic attacks but i do worry alot. This discomfort has gone off an on for a year. I went to the doctor and i dont have high cholesterol (im 19). I really dont know exactly what it is and like during the day if i dont think about the discomfort i dont feel it, like if im playing sports or doing something i dont feel it but when im just laying down or watching tv i feel it. Please help give me some ideas of what it could be, i would aprreciate it. I am a dude by the way.

Maybe it's stress-related. Men tend to feel symptoms of heart problems more than women do, so you may want to take that into account. However, if you are only 19 and you already saw a doctor, it's probably nothing to worry about. Just make sure you're eating healthy and getting enough sleep and exercise. If it persists, you may want to see your doctor again or get a second opinion.
