Why does it hurt every time I breathe in?

I breathe really hevy when i talk or bend over is this heart problems?

  • ok i know this ia a weird question but i have had this for a few years and i know it can be related to heat problems as i had a lot of symptoms of congested heart failure every time i talk i feel like i can't breathe as well and i breath heavy it's not emotions or anxiety just every time i talk also sometimes i feel like i can't get a full breath and have to breathe in and let out a big sigh and sometimes i have to do that a few times to get relief i have had a constant heavy feeling and a feeling of pressure i the middle of my chest under my breast bone since 2009 when i bend over i feel a pressure in my chest under my breast bone and feel like i can't breathe as well it happens when i kneel too i have had a constant mid back pain since 2009 it is not a muscle strain i read up on kidney failure all of whats wrong is related to end stage kidney failure and congested heart failure i do cough a lot a wet cough and i cough up white phlegm with bubbles also i do have protein in my urine and have since 2009 non stop eating anything with too much protein like peanuts or exc the back pain is there all the time and there has been a constant pressure in my mid back where my kidneys are and under my breast bone since 2009 a lot of times it is hard to get a full breath or to lift anything because of it also recently i have been going to sleep and it is very hard to wake up which is not like me at all i normally wake very fast the past 2 months i feel like i'm going into coma because it is very hard to wake up i know some of what is wrong is the same symptoms as poly cystic kidney disease end stage and normal end stage kidney failure makes my mid back hurt like hell right where my kidneys are can anyone tell me if this all is related to kidney or heart problems or both don't tell me to see a dr that is my choice not yours it's my body and i'm asking on here because i don't want to see a dr best most informative answer gets 5 stars best answer are there any reliable home testing kits for kidney disease or heart failure to liver failure that are affordable anyone else able to put a finger on what is wrong?
