Why does my heart beat speeds up when I'm hungry?

Im so scared,omg.whats wrong with my heart?

  • Im a 14 year old girl ,my heart beat is 83/min.Sometimes it speeds up no reason and when it does,sometimes my leg feels numb and i feel dizzy.Sometimes my heart puts pressure for a few secs and then it goes back to' normal.
