-
I have noticed that when i eat subway sandwiches, i had a garlic footlong bread with chicken parmesan yestersay with cheese, after a few minutes I start to feel my heart pounding, its like when i put my hand on my chest i can feel it pounding harder then usual, it does not race or anything it just pounds harder then normal, and i start to worry that i might pass out or die and i cannot do the things i enjoy because i start to worry and not speak to anyone. After an 1 hour or so it calms down and my heart beats normally and i don't feel my heart beat.
