How Dangerous Is High Blood Pressure?

I saw that my blood pressure was high, how can this be possible?!?

• ok so i have this machine that lets me check my blood pressure and i put it on me and i check it said my blood pressure was around the 130s last time i checked my blood pressure was just 100, well i checked my blood pressure when i had just came back from work i work in sanitation so hard heavy lifting tires me out and that same day in the morning i had taken 2 advil pills because i was feeling like i was getting a cold, when i came home from work i check my blood pressure it said 138 i was so stressed out from work and i felt like i had a very small cold that day the tempeture was just 30 degrees i took 1 advil pill at night before i went to bed and i fell asleep then in the morning right now my head stopped hurting but i still feel a little sick my throat is feeling sore and the roof of my mouth is feeling as if i had a cold i checked my blood pressure it was still 130 im so confused and worried because idk what to do from here, whats wrong with me
