How Can I Gain Weight Fast?

eat chocolate etc and dont work out or do excersize. worked for my friends that have been dumped :) nothing much to it, as long as you dont exersize ;)

yeah i have the same problem i guess its a genetic defect? or from eating alot of junk foods

you're still growing, you'll gain weight as you go. Don't sweat it much, but pretty much anything high in protein will bulk you faster, unless you just sit around in which case you will become a fat ****. meats (fish, chicken, pork, beef, dog/cat, etc) carbs like breads and pasta.

Concentrate on getting more protein. But not fat, like the protein in meat. You should be trying to get this from increasing your intake of nuts and beans. Good luck and I hope this helps.

Please please don't eat foods like KFC and McD, those are really disgusting and really bad 4 u. Just eat loads of protein for muscle but fatty foods will just make you fat basically. Goodluck =]x
