Why are my eyes watering?!?
-
Why are they watering. I am a chef in a kitchen in New York City. I am in a kitchen all day and when I walk out the door to walk to the subway, my eyes will just start to water like none other. They don't stop. It looks like I'm crying hard. Its every time I leave the kitchen. It doesn't really happen anywhere else. Only when I leave work and am outside. Any ideas??

Answer:
It could be seasonal allergy to something if it only happens in the spring, summer or fall.

it could be something really simple like change in the humidity in the air, like chronic dry eye. It could also be something else, like a sign to some sort of more serious problem. I'd schedule a short half an hour check in with the optometrist or doctor just to check everything out. Then you're good to go! Good luck!
