Aloe Vera Juice for Allergies?

• Hey, I have pretty bad allergies, I take weekly shots right now. One of my co-workers used to take Aloe Vera and he said it pretty much made his allergies go away. The company that makes the particular one he bought is long gone now, so I'm not sure how much I should be taking daily. I've found a 99.8% aloe juice at Wallgreens. It is 120oz and has a serving size of 16 (which makes each one 7.5oz). Is that what I should be taking for allergies? I feel like I could take less since some people actually eat the a leaf or two and have good results. Since this is pure extract I would think you would need significantly less. Anyone know anything about this? Thanks in advance.

  Measurement is very individual and depends on many factors – your health status, type of sickness, number of sickness, body weight/or age, your metabolism, smoker/nonsmoker etc. and also from which company you have aloe vera drink. Generally speaking aloe vera gel is stronger then aloe vera juice. My recommendation is to choose at least certified producer with IASC seal. I can recommend you to take first month 3 oz per day only. The best way is to take these 3 oz in 3 servings. Every morning 30 minutes before breakfast take 1 oz. ( two table spoons). Every evening 30 minutes before diner take another 1 oz of drink. Last 1 oz take before sleeping. You do not need to mix this aloe vera drink with water. The flavor is not the best, but after couple days you will get into a habit. After first month you will see how are you feeling. If you do not feel changes you can increase dosage to 2 oz per one serving – total whole day will be 6 oz. Treatment will normally take 3 months. Is very important do not skip one day during treatment. Natural products work slowly but without any side effects. Aloe takes his time but is really working. Please, be patient you will see result soon or later. For increase effect and speed of treatment you can combine drink aloe vera with taking another products - tablets and creams.
