I just got over a cold or allergies.

I have a i got a head cold or allergies?

• For about a week now Ive woken up every morning with a stuffy ,runny sneezing nose and red ,sore eyes. It lasts for about three hours after i get up out of bed, and goes away for the rest of my day. Im not sure if im sick or have allergies. Also my mum suffers with sinus problems and tinnitus in her ears.Could this have been passed down to me through our genes? Its summer time here and the pollen count is pretty high,but i don't have any of these symptoms when im out sitting on a field with my friends. Im 15 if that makes a difference. :)

  That sounds like allergies.. I dont know if you drink coffee, but the caffeine seems to help me. ( in the AM ) It opens everything up. Also, if you see green plemgh coming up then sometimes that can indicate infection and could be something else.. Should be just a white frothy plemgh that your sneezing up
