Is there anything similar to a Cybiko?

I cant eat anything with aspartame, lactose, or anything similar!?

  • I need a website or a list of foods that i can eat without any of this stuff in them. I cant find anything that will give me a clear idea of what foods I can eat. If someone could help me out, that'd be greaaaaaaaat!

    Lactose: usually found in anything that has dairy products in it. Aspartame: usually found in "diet" drinks and foods. E951 is its code. The best thing is to become a label reader and be suspicious of all processed, manufactured and pre-packaged foods. It gets tedious after a while and you will opt for the more natural foods as grown... fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden wont have those nasties in them until someone starts processing them! Natural grains, natural nuts, natural seeds, natural beans (or canned but cooked in salt only) should be free of them. You didnt mention what the other similar things were... I will take it that you are able to have the natural sugars in fruits? Cane sugars are the safer types of sweetner to have, but they tend to depress the immune system. They are banned from our house! At home we use natural honey. Raw honey if you can find it is the best sweetner. Visit your health food shop and ask if they can give you some guidance in avoiding the foods containing what you are trying to avoid. A book is available that lists all the additives, preservatives etc, but I cant think of its name! It would be very helpful to keep in your handbag when shopping. I distrust packaged "foods" that have words I cant pronounce and that have a lot of coded numbers. If they hide the ingredient behind big words or numbers, it cant be safe to eat!! All the best,
