What do you do if you have a medical emergency in Los Cabos, Mexico?
-
My family and I are planning to travel to Los Cabos, Mexico. We have a member of our family with severe peanut and nut allergies. What do you do if an allergy reaction occurs? We have Epipen and Benadryl, but we cannot call 911 after we inject the epipen. What do we do, or what do we call, and how do you say in Spanish "I need medical help now, because of a severe allergy reaction!"? Of course we'll take all the added precautions to ensure that this doesn't happen, but just in case! Any help on who to call or what to do or what to say will be deeply appreciated!

Answer:
" Necesito ayuda médica ahora, a causa de una reacción alérgica grave! " is how to say that exactly. In the site, you are able to hear how it's said.

Yo necesito un doctora, yo necesito un medico, (accent on i in medico), necesito una doctora, necesito un medico are all ways of saying "I need a doctor." in Spanish. In Spanish, it doesn't matter if you put the noun before the verb, in this case, yo ( or I in english) before necesito (the conjugated form of necesitar), since verbs in spanish are conjugated to match the noun before them (such as yo). If you wanted to say "We need a doctor," you would say either : 1)Nosotros necesitamos una doctora 2)Necesitamos una doctora or 1)Nosotros necesitamos un medico 2)Necisitamos un medico. The shorter and easier way for a non-Spanish speaker to say the phrase is the 2nd example is the examples given above. If you wanted to say "We need an ambulance," you could say Necesitamos una ambulancia. or Nosotros necesitamos una ambulancia. If you wanted to say "We need a doctor, because he/she is having a bad food reaction," you would say "Necisitamos una doctora, porque ello/ella esta teniendo una reaccion de comida mal." ello= he ella=she Here's the conjugated verbs for you Necisitar=to need Yo necisito or Necisito=I need Ello/Ella necisita or Necisita= He/She needs Nosotros necistamos or Necisitamos=We need Ellos/Ellas necisitan or Necisitan=They need ***Use Ellos when you're referring to a mixed group of people (both male and female group) or an all male group and use Ellas when you're referring to an all female group Tu necisitas or Necisitas = You need (probably won't use this unless it's in a question such as "Necisitas una ambulancia?" You don't need to say Yo, Ello/Ella, Nosotros, Tu, Ellos/Ellas, as long as you properly conjugate the verb and use it as shown above I don't know who you would call, but there's some sayings to help you.
