How to cure a stuffy Nose?

How do you cure a stuffy nose?

• This is almost insane. Ive had the stuffy nose for almost a week and a half now and getting really irritated. ive tried taking a hot shower and somehow the steam did not help. i tried eating spicy foods it worked then 5 minutes later it would get stuffy again. Nasal sprays do not work what so ever. i think i tried almost everything but nothing has cured this stuffy nose. It is stuffy everytime when i go into class, my home, anywhere indoors.... But when i am outside it tends to loosen up and i can feel a lot better. Is there anything to stop ym stuffy nose indoors?

  Sounds like it could be an allergy to something indoors. Have you gotten anything new? Used any new products? Even burning candles or having things like air fresheners can really mess you up. Think about what might be in your house that could be causing issues...scented candles, air fresheners, soaps, cleaners, etc.
